2. Data collected

The contact form collects the data users provide voluntarily: name, email address and the content of the message. If contact happens via WhatsApp, email or LinkedIn, the data shared in that conversation is processed.

No special categories of data are collected and no information is requested from minors.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• •Responding to enquiries and preparing service proposals. Legal basis: the user’s consent and pre-contractual measures.
• •Managing the client relationship and meeting accounting and tax obligations. Legal basis: performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Data retention

Contact data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and, once it ends, for the periods required by law to address any liabilities. If no contractual relationship arises, enquiry data is deleted once it is no longer needed to answer it.

Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. Providers that deliver services to Escalera3 do act as data processors: web hosting, form handling, email, analytics tools and, where applicable, advertising platforms.

Some of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. In that case, transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or another valid safeguard.

Anyone can exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@escalera3.es, stating the right they wish to exercise.
